Weddings and events at the Inn of the Seventh Ray happen year-round. The site can host events of up to 250 people. Our flexible menu allows us to host parties with special meal or budget requirements.
During our prime wedding season, Mid April through October, there is a minimum food and beverage charge of $4000 for Saturday afternoon and a minimum charge of $6000 for Sunday evening, excluding tax, gratuity and rental fee, when using the Fountain Patio and Garden Room. The minimum charge for the Creekside Patio is $2000 for the afternoon and $3000 for the evening excluding tax, gratuity and rental fee. Additional tent rental $200. Their is a minimum charge of $65 per person for food and beverage.
Parties or weddings under 65 people may, on availability, book on Friday nights or on Saturday night during our Low Season. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold and reserve a specific date and time. A guaranteed guest count and payment in full is required 14 days prior to the event with additional guests being charged at the same rate as established for your regular guests. Additional hours and/or guests will be billed at the close of the reception and payment will be due at that time. These matters and all others will be answered in detail by one of the Inn's party and wedding coordinators to assure you of a most successful occasion.
