To ensure a truly successful event, the Inn's wedding or party coodinator will: |
- Have extensive planning meetings to be sure that all elements have been taken into consideration for a truly successful event.
- Coordinate & confirm details with all vendors several days prior to
the wedding day.
- Help advise on making your choice of menu, wine selection, linens, table arrangements, etc.
- Assist with etiquette and protocol for ceremony and toasts.
- Create and present a complete proposal of all costs for your review.
- Implement a time line for your entire wedding day, including
ceremony and reception.
- Work with you to organize and coordinate your ceremony and rehearsal.
- Be the liaison between your family, bridal party and all vendors to create a seamless operation.
- Assist the bride and bridal party with dressing and ensure placement of all personal flowers.
- Deliver and arrange ceremony programs, escort cards, place cards, favors & any personal items.
- Direct your ceremony (line up and signal bridal party, assist bride
with her dress).
- Direct your reception (signal grand entrance, first dance toasts,
cake cutting, etc.).
- Coordinate with all vendors and banquet captain to ensure
timeliness of event.
- Collect any personal items at the conclusion of the reception.
- Count and collect all wedding gifts and deliver them to
the appropriate location
