From Ages Past......since the grape was first valued by man, he has experimented, with the assistance of nature, to improve this good creation of God. Tarry awhile, allowing the Seventh Ray of light to do it’s work. Hopefully, in the near future, all of man will evolve beyond wine, to drinking the whole of spirit from the cup of the Seventh Ray. A sparkling, effervescent, violet and golden tinged cup of light, capable of transmuting man’s more earthly desires by a sudden alchemy into the pure perfection of his natural being

“Return to Terroir” |
||||
The “Return to Terroir” made by many of the premier west coast wineries has been a special boon, resulting not only in more organicaly grown, hand crafted wine, but also an increase in the planting of grapes previously grown only (or mainly) in Europe. These ‘Old World’ varietals are absolutely thriving in west coast soils and we are delighted to feature them here. We encourage you to occasionally stray from the popular path of chardonnay and cabernet and take the more intriguing “road less traveled” as the poet said: it will make all the diference. |
