Travis is a wine educator and sommelier who has been in the wine industry for over a decade. He has consulted on numerous restaurant wine lists throughout the country, and has published numerous articles on both travel and wine. He has been named as one of America's top Sommeliers by Wine Enthusiast magazine, Wine Spectator magazine, The Sonoma County Grape Growers Association and the Emeritus Wine Group. He has been the Wine Director at "America's most romantic restaurant" for 5 years during which time the wine list has won several awards including being named as one of the top 10 wine lists in Southern California. Travis is also widely recognized as one of the industry's foremost authorities on Organic, Biodynamic and Sustainable wines. He has also proudly created the country's largest collection of these wines on display here at the Inn.

At present, Travis teaches entertaining and informative wine classes at the restaurant and at various locations throughout the country. He conducts wine themed events for both private and corporate parties. Travis also serves as the resident sommelier and cofounder of grapedish the nation's most exciting blog about wine, food and the good life.
