We will be featuring wine pairings of Wines from North America and from other countries served with a tasting menu from Chef Bradley Miller.
Travis Brazil has been responsible for the Inn’s award winning wine lists recognized by both the Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast for its wines of distinctions. The Inn’s Wine List features mainly organic wines and wines from sustainable vineyards. His presentations, filled with personal vignettes and an extensive body of knowledge, are delivered with the oratory style of the Shakespearian actor that indeed he is. Thus the evening is filled with good cheer, good food, and special wines to enhance the art of choosing just that right wine.
The Inn’s menu, based on quality seasonal organic locally grown produce, clean food, wild fish, range fed meats, and ingredients of the highest quality, free from chemicals and gmo’s, creates the palate’s excitements for a union with the best paired wine. Looking forward to seeing you there.
